I use Zoom or Google Meet (both are very easy to use). I'll send you the joining details once you've booked a time for us to meet. I work weekdays, 9 am - 5 pm.
I am very busy but I can usually meet most clients for an initial session within 10 days. We'll talk about waiting times when we speak on our free call.
