You'll recieve an email from me with details about how to take you blood or book in for your clinic appoinment. I'll also email you a background questionnaire to complete (online) and a link to book your 45 minute follow up consultation.
I use Zoom or Google Meet (both are very easy to use). I'll send you the joining details once you've booked a time for us to meet. I work weekdays, 9 am - 5 pm.
Yes - we've partnered with clinics in pharmacies nationwide so there is sure to be somewhere close to you. Clinic appointments are £25. Purchase a kit with a clinic appointment here.
Yes, if you would like that. However, there is no obligation or pressure to work with me further following your consultation. We'll discuss the options at the end of our time together. I'll work with clients either privately or in a small group setting, usually for at least 12 weeks. The best option for you will depend on your goals, preferences, and the support you need to get the results you want.
